Lee Shapiro is the co-founder/Managing Partner at 7WireVentures, a leading healthcare venture fund, and former CFO of Livongo Health, where he played a key role in its IPO and $18.5B merger. Previously, he was President of Allscripts. Lee has served on the boards of multiple companies, including Clover Health, Medidata Solutions, and Tivity Health, and currently serves on the board of Click Therapeutics and several 7WireVentures portfolio companies. He is Chair of the American Heart Association’s National Board. He served on the Samsung Digital Health and Qualcomm Life. Lee holds a JD from The University of Chicago Law School and a BS in Accounting from the University of Illinois.
